Brief description of the project:
The objective of this project, through this innovative application, was to achieve the digital organization and support of the processes involved in transforming archival material from physical folders into digital format, as well as to create a modern and reliable database of digitized information for the benefit of the Company/customer.

Development of Digital Products & Services
Through the aforementioned subsystem, each interested organization will be able to digitize and manage its documents digitally with security and confidentiality, while its personnel will perform daily operations within a paperless environment, automating the transmission, viewing, processing and signing of documents, thus saving time, storage space and operational costs.
In addition, the system will enable a large number of businesses and organizations to accelerate their digital transformation and significantly reduce their environmental footprint.
Indicatively, interested parties will be able to perform the following actions:
- Procurement, configuration and productive use of the software within a short period of time,
- Electronic digitization, archiving, organization and retrieval of documents using “smart” text recognition and metadata extraction technologies,
- Creation of predefined or ad-hoc approval, commenting and document processing workflows,
- Definition of workflow steps, actions and recipients for internal and external procedures,
- Document commenting and automated tracking of changes,
- Viewing, signing and automated processing of documents,
- Addition of notifications for deadline monitoring,
- Automated export and transmission of documents to third-party collaborating individuals or legal entities.
