Timely reporting of potential violations is considered a critical preventive mechanism, enabling the Company to identify issues at an early stage and implement any necessary corrective actions in a timely and effective manner.

Protection of Reporting Persons

IID S.A. aims to ensure the effective protection of reporting persons (whistleblowers) and to encourage the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation, adverse consequences, or discrimination.

At the same time, the Company seeks to maintain an open and secure communication channel with individuals submitting reports, whether identified or anonymous, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Through this framework, IID promotes transparency, impartiality, and proactive prevention of misconduct.

Reporting Channels

Reports may be submitted through the following channels:

  • By post (identified or anonymous reports). By sending a written report addressed to the designated Whistleblowing Officer at: 454 Herakleiou Avenue, Irakleio Attikis, Postal Code 14122, Greece
  • Via online reporting platform (identified or anonymous reports). By submitting a report through the secure electronic platform: https://reports.com.gr/report/22/iid-box
  • Verbally. Reports may also be submitted verbally by telephone, or by arranging an in-person meeting with the designated Whistleblowing Officer
