Beyond Expo 2026 gave us the opportunity to share our vision for the future of information management. From June 17 to 19, at the Metropolitan Expo and as part of the SETPE central pavilion, we connected with professionals and organizations looking for smarter ways to manage information through document management, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
At our booth, we showcased IID’s end-to-end solutions for document digitization and management, along with the capabilities of a modern Document Management System (DMS). By combining Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with Artificial Intelligence (AI), we demonstrated how organizations can transform information into a valuable business asset—automating processes, reducing manual effort, and improving operational efficiency.
Beyond the technology, however, what made this year’s exhibition truly valuable were the conversations. Meeting with existing and prospective partners, exchanging ideas, and discussing the challenges organizations face today reminded us that businesses are looking for more than just digital tools. They are looking for trusted partners who can help them navigate an increasingly digital world.
What We Took Away from Beyond Expo 2026
One message came through consistently in our discussions with visitors and partners: organizations are moving beyond simple document digitization. Today, the focus is on intelligent information management—combining AI, automation, and systems integration to simplify operations, improve decision-making, and create measurable business value.
